Direct debit

Thankyou for choosing to set up a direct debit scheme with us. In order to complete the set up we need you to confirm a few details for us.

We have various plans which we can apply for you from dates such as 1st, 7th, 14th and 21st of each month and amounts from £10 to £75.
 
Please confirm the following details by email or telephone:
 
  • Your name and address
  • The monthly amount
  • The date you wish to set the Direct Debit up for
  • The last four digits of your card number (so we can credit the correct meter)
 
We shall then apply our best suited plan to you.
 
If you need to change the date or amount at any time, then please notify us via email and we can get this done straight away.  Please note that we need a minimum of five days notice for the Direct Debit to be processed on the day requested.
